Brunner Hill Water Association offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers.
AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT - You can sign up for bank drafts by filling out the ACH Authorization form, enclosed with this letter. If you are interested, fill out the form, attach a copy of a voided check, and mail to Brunner Hill Water Association, 1145 Rodney Road, Jordan, AR 72519, or email to brunnerhillwater1@gmail.com. Of course you can always stop by the office and sign up during regular office hours. This free service is the most timely and predictable method of payment.
ONLINE – We offer the option to pay your bill online through GovtPortal. You can pay your bill 24/7 using a debit card or credit card. This service is provided by a third party “GovtPortal” who is required to adhere to strict requirements of each credit card company (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.) for secure and private data connections for authorization to process financial transactions. GovtPortal charges a 3% service fee on all transactions.
PHONE - You are welcome to call the automated GovtPortal at 870-606-8531 or the Water Office at 870-499-0409 to make your payment. The 3% service fee applies.
US MAIL - If you wish to pay by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to BHWA, 1145 Rodney Road, Jordan, AR 72519. Please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Also, please note that BHWA cannot control when the payment will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Unfortunately, we have noticed, upon mailing payments to our vendors, mail is taking much longer be delivered. Some of our payments were not delivered at all. I also suggest that you sign up to receive electronic bills; you can mail your payment up to 15 days prior to the due date.
DROP OFF - You may pay your bill in person at our office. You may drop your payment in one of our convenient drop boxes located at 3290 Dolph Road and 1145 Rodney Road.
YOUR BANKING APP / ONLINE BILL PAY - Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please consult with your bank for more information. Note that we do not receive Bill-Pay payments electronically. The bank must mail a check. Again, mailed payments are taking a longer time to be delivered. You may want to sign up to receive an electronic bill.
Lastly, if you are tired of late fees and are interested in a free month's worth of water service, call us at 870-499-0409 and ask about the 11-month pre-payment plan.
