Conversion to Public Water Authority

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the conversion from Brunner Hill Water Association to Brunner Hill Public Water Authority is approved. Per the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, the corporate existence of Brunner Hill Water Association, Inc. be considered terminated and dissolved as of April 13, 2026 under Ark. Code Ann. ss 4-35-203(b)(2)(A) and 4 CAR ss 1-402(b). Brunner Hill Public Water Authority be registered in the Secretary of State’s official records as a public water authority for the State of Arkansas.
